Privacy and legal notices
For data access, correction, deletion, or portability requests, email support@us.digilaine.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Include the email address tied to the account or order so we can verify you. We may ask follow-up questions allowed by law before acting.
Law enforcement and governmental requests should identify the requesting agency, include valid legal process where applicable, and allow reasonable time for review. We push back on overbroad or invalid requests where permitted.

Response times
We aim to respond to most inquiries within a few business days. Billing disputes, fraud reviews, and third-party payment investigations can take longer. Nothing on this page promises a specific turnaround except where applicable privacy law sets a deadline for consumer requests.
