Customer terms

Effective date: April 22, 2026 · Last updated: April 22, 2026

Agreement

These Customer Terms ("Buyer Terms") apply when you purchase or access digital products through a storefront powered by Digilaine. By completing checkout or claiming a free product, you agree to these Buyer Terms and our Customer privacy policy. The creator—not Digilaine—is the seller of the digital product unless we clearly identify ourselves as the seller on the checkout screen.

Product information and pricing

Descriptions, deliverables, licenses, refund rules, and support commitments are set by the creator on the product or sales page. Read that page carefully before you pay. Taxes may be shown or collected according to the creator's configuration and applicable law.

License to you

After successful payment (or successful free claim), the creator grants you the license described on the product page—often a limited, non-exclusive license to use the files for personal or internal business use. Unless the product page explicitly allows redistribution, resale, or public performance, you may not share, sublicense, or commercially exploit the files beyond what is stated.

Access and security

Access is provided through the order confirmation experience and email links. Treat your links like passwords—anyone with the link may be able to download while it remains valid. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and device.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility follows the creator's stated policy and applicable consumer law. See our Customer refund policy. Digilaine may help route payments or verify access, but we are not the final decision-maker on every refund unless payment rules or law require us to step in.

Acceptable use

You may not use purchased materials to build unlawful products, harass others, infringe third-party rights, or circumvent technical protections. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe continued use would create legal or security risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be limited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digilaine and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your purchase. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase through Digilaine in the twelve months preceding the claim (or one hundred u.s. dollars if greater), except where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

Except where mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence provide otherwise, these Buyer Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires a different venue for consumers.
